I hear it all the time "I cant buy a house" or "I'll never buy so I might as well live my best life".
I speak from direct experience as a Millenial, female, who did it ALONE without help. You can do this. It was the most stressful, rushed hard working thing I ever did and no, it wasnt easy. My advantages? My uncle was an agent and gave me sound advice. I knew the value of a 401K beyond retirement, and I made decisions fast.
You need to build a plan. Get with a lender (Mine is pretty great if I do say so myslf) and commit to taking control of your future and take action. Remove the "I cant" and accept that it will be fucking hard. Ask yourself how bad do you want it.
