Roseville's Wealthiest Neighborhood

When considering a move to Roseville, potential homebuyers often turn their attention to two of the area's most prestigious neighborhoods: West Roseville and Granite Bay. These affluent communities boast high-earning households with annual incomes averaging around $180K, making them a sought-after destination for those seeking luxury living and higher priced homes. 

West Roseville is renowned for its meticulously planned community layouts, offering modern amenities and proximity to top-rated schools, parks, and recreational facilities. Here, potential buyers will find a variety of high-price homes, ranging from spacious single-family residences to sprawling estates, each reflecting a blend of contemporary and traditional architectural styles. This neighborhood is particularly popular among families and young professionals who value both quality of life and convenience.

#1 West Park. Distinguished primarily for is newer developments and specifically for its extremely high school rating. The high school West Park High looks like an elite private college on the outside, with great walkability. The green belts that curve throughout the area provide a sense of fresh air away from the noise and traffic of Roseville center. Be warned though, it is further out then most areas of Roseville. There are new shopping centers and a costco set to be built in the next couple of years, with costco securing ground off of Fiddyment road. 

#2 Highland Reserve. This area was established in teh early 2000's and a more uncommon feature that this neighborhood offers is larger lots. The developers had a lot of diversity in lot size, as parts of this neighborhood are very close to Diamnond Oaks golf course and another green belt reserve. This neighborhood is most central to Roseville, but the HOA's and long standing ownership have created a preserved onclave of high end homes. West Park does not offer the backyard and lot size that this neighborhood offers so keep that in min ddepending on your wants and needs. 

#3 Johnson Ranch. This neighborhood borders Granite Bay and on the bottom of this neighborhood sits Granite Bay High School. Granite Bay is known for its expanisve mansions, custom ranch style homes, multi-acre properties, horse properties and surroudning oak groves. This is a more established and quiet part of Roseville, with it being very commutable as it attaches to Douglas Blvd and has many established doctors offices, tech campuses and reacreation centers. 

Granite Bay, on the other hand, exemplifies classic elegance with its lush landscapes, exclusive gated communities, and custom-built homes. This neighborhood exudes a sense of exclusivity and privacy, attracting high-net-worth individuals who appreciate the finer things in life. Buyers can expect to invest in properties that not only serve as homes but also as long-term assets, given the area's stable housing market and consistent appreciation in property values.
